We have over 5,000 headphones available and can cater to small gatherings right through to large-scale public events. Just let us know your numbers, and we’ll recommend the right package.
What’s included in the hire?
All hires include wireless headphones, transmitters, charging cables (if needed), simple setup instructions, and access to our 24/7 tech support. We also offer delivery, setup, and pack-down options.
Can I customise the experience?
Definitely. We can tailor music channels, label colours, and even add branding to headphones or gear for larger activations. Just let us know what you have in mind.

How does a wireless headphone system work?
Each guest wears a pair of wireless headphones that receive audio via radio transmitters. You can broadcast up to three channels of music or audio simultaneously, and guests can switch between them using a button on their headphones.
How do I set up the system?
It’s plug-and-play. Simply connect your audio device (phone, DJ controller, or laptop) to our transmitter using the provided cables. Switch it on, and you’re ready to go. We also provide full setup guides and are happy to talk you through it beforehand.
How long do the headphones last on a single charge?
Each headphone can run for 8–10 hours on a full charge, ensuring uninterrupted listening for most events. If your event runs longer, we can include charging solutions as part of your package.
How far is the wireless range of the headphones?
Our transmitters have a range of up to 500 metres in open spaces and around 100–150 metres indoors, depending on the environment. Perfect for both intimate venues and larger outdoor events.
What devices can I use to play music through the system?
You can use any device with a standard headphone jack or line-out port — like smartphones, laptops, DJ mixers, or tablets. We'll provide the necessary cables to connect.
Can we play more than one music source at once?
Yes — our systems support up to three simultaneous channels, allowing guests to switch between DJs, playlists, or audio sources at the push of a button.
How do guests know which channel they’re on?
Each channel is colour-coded with built-in LED lights on the headphones (e.g., red, blue, green), so it’s easy for guests to see who’s vibing to what.

Do you deliver and collect the equipment?
Absolutely. We can deliver and pick up across Perth and beyond. Alternatively, you’re welcome to pick up and return from our Malaga office. We also offer courier options for regional WA events.
Can I pick up the headphones myself?
Yes! You can pick up your equipment directly from our Malaga office in Perth.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute bookings?
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. If you need headphones at short notice, get in touch, and we’ll let you know what’s available.

Can someone from your team run the event for us?
Yes! We offer a managed service where we take care of everything — from delivery and setup to live event support. It’s perfect for larger events or when you want to hand off the tech.
What happens if something goes wrong during my event?
We provide 24/7 tech support to ensure your event goes smoothly. If you run into any issues, simply contact us for assistance.
Do you provide music or playlists?
We can supply curated playlists for common event types (e.g., weddings, fitness, wellness) or connect you with a professional DJ from our network to run the tunes live.
Are the headphones sanitized between uses?
Yes — hygiene is a top priority. All headphones are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and quality-checked after every hire, so they’re fresh and event-ready every time.

What happens if equipment is lost or damaged?
We include a fully refundable bond with each hire. In the rare case that something is lost or damaged, the cost is deducted from the bond. We’ll always walk you through the process clearly.
Is there a bond required?
Yes, a refundable bond is required with every booking to ensure the safe return of our equipment.
When do I get my bond back?
The bond will be refunded once the equipment is returned in good condition and no damages or losses are reported.
Can we test the headphones before booking?
Yes — you’re welcome to visit our Malaga location to test the system in person. We’re also happy to arrange a short demo or consultation if you'd prefer to see how it all works first.

Are the headphones suitable for children’s events or schools?
Absolutely. Our headphones are adjustable and lightweight, making them comfortable for all ages. We regularly service school incursions, discos, and educational programs.
Can I use the headphones outdoors?
Yes — the headphones and transmitters work perfectly outdoors, as long as the range and line-of-sight are considered. They're commonly used at festivals, garden parties, and beach events.
